Various Astral Projection Techniques

| 0 komentar |
By David Simmeon

Here are seven techniques of astral projection available to help people who want to try and use astral projection. People being as individual as they are means what works for some may not work for others. Some people have had difficulties with different methods. Because the method requires you to relax or it doesnt work. If you cant relax then you will have difficulty with astral projection.

Complete and total relaxation is essential to making any astral projection techniques successful. Part of the reason for the inability to relax is fear. This is very common with those that are just starting to relearn how to astral project. This fear comes from false beliefs that a person could die or be harmed because of the astral projection. In an effort to help squash those fears the Canterbury Institute, who is known for their occult studies, conducted a research study.

Two thousand people were included in this study, all of the two thousand participated in the studies of the seven techniques of astral projection.. The findings of the institute confirmed that not one person, using the seven techniques of astral projection, were harmed in anyway. Even more important, the people in this study have also been followed during the past three years and not one person has complained of any problems.

Now all concerns and fears can be put aside to rest. Lets take a look at seven of the techniques of astral projection that are pretty easy. These techniques have been successful for quite a few people, many in fact. One that is known is the Monroe and consist of seven steps of astral projection or the seven techniques of astral projections:-

* Relaxing mind and body is a must. Many techniques for learning to relax are available for you to use. Deep breathing is a simple one to use and is just deep breathing, slow and calm. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply. Relax all your muscles bodily, one at a time, alternately tensing and relaxing them. You can start down at your toes and work your way up.

* Go into what is called the hynagogic state. This is where your body and mind are almost asleep. You dont desire to go to sleep. Use the gazing method to accomplish this. As you lie in bed focus on an object and remain staring until when your eyes close that you still can picture the object.

* You see the object, your eyes are closed and now you need to move to a deeper state of relaxation. Look around, with your eyes closed and try to see other images in the room. The possibility is that you may see different and varied light patterns. The room may be clothed in a purple light, ignore it. But once you have seen the purple light, you will know you have entered a deeper state of relaxation. Completely relaxed, the awareness of your physical body will no longer be there and an important technique of astral projection, according to the Monroe.

* From what Monroe says, this is the most vital of the seven techniques of astral projection. The state of Vibration is the next to accomplish. People who have practiced the techniques of astral projection have noticed they feel these vibrations early into the projections. These people believe the feelings experienced is believed by them that this is the feeling when the astral body leaves your physical body. Nothing to be alarmed about, it is the vibrations you feel.

* Now control the vibration while in this state. Focus, make the vibrations move through your body. This is done with your mind. You want to feel the vibrations through your whole body. Like waves washing over you. Practice this until you can feel the waves anytime you want them. When you can create waves on demand successfully you are ready to leave the body.

* The key element to any astral projection or travel is control, your mind has to be the one in power. To help the control to be stranger Monroe suggest at this spot that you practice the partial separation. While having your mind concentrating on the thought of leaving your physical body, first let your foot or hand go of your astral body. Reach them out to and object close to you, as in the floor, the wall, or other object that is familiar, then reach your foot or hand through the object. Then bring your hand or foot back to your physical body, make the vibrations slow down, and stop the session. Keep laying down and let your body fully return to an awake state.

* This is the step where you will leave the body. Again following all of the previous steps, only this time instead of releasing just a hand or foot from the physical body you are going to move completely into your astral body. This requires a simple adjustment to step six. Instead of focusing on releasing one appendage, you are going to focus on releasing the astral body, by thinking about how light it feels, how weightless you are, how you are as light as feathers blowing in the breeze. The astral body should be moving out of the physical body, you feel as though you are floating, or flying.

There are more ways you can attempt this, as in the Gazing Method, the Anchor Technique, and the Rope Technique. Try out some different methods to discover which one will be best for you. An astral projection technique exists for everyone.

However, you should be aware that not everyone is able to astral project instantly using the above techniques and some of these require a lot of practice.

There is a shortcut luckily! Through recent sound technology developments, audio tools exist that can assist you. These recent techniques utilize special frequencies of sound call Binaural beats, which balance the brains two hemispheres, instantly placing you into a state of meditation, required for astral projection.

Also you can attain the state of relaxation required by listening to good hypnosis recordings for astral projection techniques. They signal the subconscious mind to the fact that it is fine if your astral body departs your physical body.

Astral projection is a real life changing happening for everyone that attempts it and by utilizing these techniques anyone who wants to can experience it. - 30535

Chakras are the focal points of the body where life force energy is generated. Chakra means wheel; and it refers to the spinning sphere of life energy that term represents.

We have six Chakras which are sited along the spine and a seventh which is located above these, floating above the physical aspect of your body.

While we understand these Chakras as energy, you need to understand that these seven Chakras influence your body.

Having your Chakras in the proper alignment will also keep your physical, mental and spiritual health in good condition.

Muladhara

The Muladhara is the Chakra of your lower body. This Chakra is responsible for your survival instinct and other related primal behaviors. Located in the perineum, the Muladhara relates to the potentiality of human life.

This is the Chakra which corresponds to the adrenal glands in the physical body and produces the fight or flight response.

Swadhisthana

The Swadhisthana is the chakra that contains the reproductive parts. The chakra is located in the area known as the sacrum. It relates to emotions such as sexuality and creativity. The chakra corresponds to the sexual organs, and produces the sexual hormones that guide our lives.

This chakra can also be responsible for the mood swings that might dominate lives at one point or another. It is symbolized by a six petal lotus. This chakra is in charge of the moods that you might have and the basic sexual and creative flows that exist in your body.

Manipura

The Manipura is the navel. It is considered to be the solar plexus chakra. This chakra deals with the transitions that are found between base emotions and complex emotions. The chakra itself is in charge of base emotions and complex emotions, and dictates the way that they flow into each other. It deals with the flow of energy, the flow of digestion, and can be compared to the way that the pancreas functions in the body.

The Manipura is important in converting food to energy. Its symbol is a ten petal lotus.

Anahata

The Anahata is the heart. It is related to the complex emotions, such as love and compassion, as well as overall well being and equilibrium. The chakra is related to the thymus, which is located in the chest. It is the equivalent to the immune system in a persons body.

This Chakra is symbolized by a twelve petal lotus

Vishuddha

The Vishudda is the throat. This Chakra is responsible for your faculties of communication. This Chakra corresponds to the thyroid gland in the physical body. This Chakra is symbolized by a sixteen petal lotus.

It also controls your powers of communication and corresponds to the thyroid gland in the physical body.

Ajna

The Anja is your eyebrow or forehead. This Chakra is also known as the third eye. The Ajna comtrols your visualization abilities and is the Chakra which has to do with time, light and awareness.

It is symbolized by a two petal lotus, and is in charge of regulating sleep and awakening. These are very important functions within the body, and therefore this chakra is very important.

Sahasrara

Symbolized by a one thousand petal lotus, the Sahasrara is the seventh and final chakra. It is the chakra of consciousness. It communicates with the rest of the body in the same manner that the pituitary gland does. The Sahsrara is connected to all of the body systems, and is the key player in consciousness. - 30535
